Vision: To build a “digital-first capability” that effectively communicates Nelson Mandela University’s identity as a dynamic, African institution aligned with the legacy of its namesake.
Preserves and promotes the university’s heritage and cultural footprint through exhibitions, events, and publications.
Develops and disseminates strategic messaging internally (e.g., staff bulletins, memos) and externally.
Involves in developing new web interfaces, social media strategy, online community engagement, and digital design.
Defines the University's brand proposition and narrative, crafting advertising campaigns and branding materials.
Liaises with journalists and media outlets to maximize the university's visibility and media coverage.
This team supports strategic student enrollment and conversion efforts through marketing and outreach.
