Condolences on the passing of a staff member or student sent on email to all University staff and students.

A template message containing information on the deceased student or staff member including a photograph and information on memorial/funeral service if available.

You:

For students – provide death certificate, place of residence and where student grew up, student number, year and area of study, photograph, cause of death, memorial/funeral service details (if available)

For staff – department to provide two or three sentences (approx 250 words) on staff member’s role, achievements etc, photograph, cause of death, memorial /funeral service (details if available)
