  • For staff – department to provide two or three sentences (approx 250 words) on staff member’s role, achievements etc, photograph, cause of death, memorial /funeral service (details if available)

The sending department to inform all residence managers of the goal of the material, organise and pay for the printing, organise with David Driscoll the numbers to be packaged per residence, ensure delivery by postal and follow up whether Residence Managers are happy.
